We would like to spend our Memorial Day Weekend getting a little exercise. Looking for an intermediate hiking trail but being beginners, I'm certain we would need a hot shower. Not really sure how long of a trail. Enough to get a decent weekend of exercise yet we are still considering this a vacation. Any suggestions?? We are from STL so any and all info (trails, campgrounds, sights, where to park, or any other tips) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

hot shower - need motel or commercial campground - reasonably sure Park campgrounds only have cold but Cades Cove and Elkmont are nice
    Commercial sites in Townsend TN
Laurel Falls is nice hike, have even paved trail in past for disabled but don't know condition recently
Cooper Road trail out of Abrams Creek is easy and it intersects several trails
Trail to Abrams Falls is easy and very nice off of Cades Cove Loop road - think out to falls and back is about 5 miles
