toilet roll - its very important
a trowel - see toilet roll - you know what I am saying a wind-up radio wind-up or solar powered torch a solar power recharger- for mobile phones/ ipods etc. save you lugging batteries about a lighter for candles -- much easier to light camp fires with something to keep 2 girls amused without starting world war 3 , or raising your blood pressure been a while since i've done it too |

well you will need a tent ,sleeping bags, cooking utensils a lighter, plenty of warm clothes, torches with plenty of battery's a good knife if ye are going on long hikes then bring good boots a compass rain gear and a radio with battery's of course you will probably need food and find out if you will have water near buy you should bring containers for the water and canteens for your hikes but the one guarantee is you WILL forget something but don't feel to bad everyone does even if they won't admit it.

Once again there is a what to bring camping list with out an item that can be the difference between life and death...
A FIRST-AID KIT.... This is a very important item and anybody who goes into the woods without one needs to get their heads checked. I hope you never need one but, if you do I pray that you have one with you. |

bug spray, sunscreen, wipes/ hand sanitizer, tent, sleeping bags, flashlights, hamburgers, hotdogs, mustard, ketchup (and anything you like on hamburgers and hotdogs) smores, and any other snacks that you might like.(If it can melt put it in the cooler) A cooler with bottles of water, gatorade and other drinks that you might like. Items to start a fire or take a camping grill, first aid kit, blankets, frisbee and don't forget to wear your hiking boots and a hat/or something to cover your head if you burn easily. Don't forget chairs, garbage bags for your trash. Look at the weather before you go and see if you need rain gear.
